What is the tutorial about?
This short tutorial focuses on why you should be naming elements in Breakdance. This simple yet powerful trick can help you keep your website design organized, especially when dealing with complex layouts.
Tutorial Steps
- Open the Structure Panel:
Click on the Structure Panel icon located in the top toolbar to open the panel. - View Your Elements:
Once the Structure Panel is open, you’ll see all the elements on your page. You can click and drag them to reorder, or click ‘collapse’ or ‘expand’ to manage their visibility. - Rename Your Elements:
To rename an element, simply double-click on it. This will allow you to type in a new name. For instance, you might want to rename a section to “Features”. Just double-click, type “Features”, and hit enter. - Organize Your Elements:
Continue this process with all the sections or elements you want to rename. For example, you might have sections named “Services” and “Pricing”. This renaming process helps you keep everything organized and makes it easier to find what you want in the Structure Panel.
